Eligibility Criteria

Review the criteria for the Top 20 Under 40 award and determine eligibility for nomination.

To be eligible for the award, a nominee must be:

Must be 39 years or younger as of Jan 1st, 2026
Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident as of June 30th, 2026
Must have been in, at least, a director level position as of June 30th, 2026.
One spot in the Top 20 under 40 will be available, per the Jury’s discretion, for non-Canadian citizens working in a leadership position in Canada. The individual must have completed at least 1 year of a minimum 2-year consecutive work term in Canada.
The Life Sciences encompass:
- Pharmaceutical companies,
- Medical Device Manufacturers and Distributors,
- Contract Research Organizations,
- Medical Technology and HealthTech organizations,
- Biotechnology companies,
- Patient Support organizations,
- Specialty or Retail Pharmacy,
- Healthcare Services companies
- Healthcare Institutions
